UCare has announced it will exit the Medicare Advantage market at the end of 2025, but it will continue to offer Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans and other health plans for people in Minnesota with disabilities or lower incomes.

What to Do if You Have a UCare Medicare Advantage Plan?

For 2026, members who had a UCare Medicare Advantage plan can choose new coverage from other providers. To get a jump before Open Enrollment begins, MrHealthInsurance can help. Please complete our Medicare Survey asking for who your doctors, clinics, hospital prefrences are along with listing your medications and pharmacy.
