Insta-CareSM is the Blue Cross plan for short term health care. If you’re in transition, unemployed, between jobs, on COBRA or between group plans. In your employers waiting period or just out of college, Insta-CareSM is right for you. Choose coverage for 30, 60 or 90 days. Minnesota state law limits short-term coverage to a total of 365 days in any 555-day period.
You can see any doctor in our statewide Network doctors file your claims for you. And, in most cases, you’re covered by Insta-Care the day we receive your application or the date requested on your application (as long as that date is not prior to when we receive your application at our Eagan office)
